Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

During periods of high demand, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–5 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.


International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on destination.

Please note:

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by YOKED.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

If you have not received your tracking email, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.


Shipping Delays

YOKED is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

YOKED is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and supporting photos (if applicable).

We will review the issue and work with you toward a resolution.
