Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what partnership has righteousness with lawlessness? Or what fellowship has light with darkness? ... Therefore go out from their midst, and be separate from them, says the Lord. I will welcome you, and I will be a father to you, and you shall be sons and daughters to me, says the Lord Almighty.— 2 Corinthians 6:14-18
A YOKED House Church is a small gathering of believers — in a living room, a backyard, a coffee shop, a village clearing — anywhere people can open the Word together and grow in Faith, Fitness, and Finance. No seminary degree required. No building needed. Just a heart for God and a willingness to lead.
A YOKED House Church is built on the same three pillars that drive the entire movement. Each weekly gathering includes time for Bible study, physical fellowship, and financial discipleship — because God cares about every part of your life.
House churches can be as small as 3-4 people or as large as 20. They meet weekly and are led by someone from the community — not a paid pastor, but a faithful servant willing to facilitate growth.
You do not need a building, a budget, or a Bible degree. You just need a heart for God and a place to gather.
Ask God to reveal who He wants you to gather. It could be your neighbors, coworkers, family, or friends. Commit to at least 12 weeks of consistent weekly meetings.
Start small. Jesus started with 12. You can start with 3. Invite people who are hungry for more — more faith, more discipline, more purpose. Share the YOKED 30-Day Challenge as your starting point.
Your living room. A park. A garage. A porch. Wherever people can sit, open a Bible, and be real with each other. Set a consistent weekly time and protect it.
Each gathering follows the three pillars. Open with prayer and Bible study (Faith). Do a group activity or workout (Fitness). Discuss stewardship, goals, or the affiliate opportunity (Finance). Close with a meal and fellowship.
When your group reaches 12-15 people, it is time to plant another one. Raise up a leader from within the group and send them out. This is how the gospel spreads — not through bigger buildings, but through more tables.
From living rooms in Texas to village clearings in East Africa to apartments in Southeast Asia — YOKED house churches are gathering every week around the three pillars. The majority of every dollar earned through YOKED courses, the affiliate program, and donations goes directly to supporting these gatherings.
When you start a YOKED house church, you are connected to a global network. Resources, training, and community support flow through The Open Church in Lubbock, Texas and the AIM missionary program at SIBI.
